Goto AWS Account -> S3 -> Select Bucket
Access must be public.
The bucket policy is written in JSON. It is used to control access to your S3 bucket, including who can read, write, or delete objects within the bucket. Check carefully Incorrectly configured policies can potentially leave your bucket open to unauthorized access
